We
hope that by visiting these pages you will gain an insight into
the work carried out by Dublin Fire Brigade.
Few people realize for example that we operate an emergency ambulance
service in Dublin which at last count responded to over 75,000
calls for assistance in the year 2000. Responding to fire &
emergency ambulance calls are the most obvious form of our work
but the Fire Brigade has many areas involved in getting this final
response out to where they are needed.
